The West Somerset Railway near Court Farm

Visitors to the Holiday Bungalows can set their watches by the steam whistles of the West Somerset Railway, which pauses at the nearby Doniford Halt, a few minutes walk from the end of our drive along a designated foot path. The locomotives can be seen from the windows of some of the bungalows, as the smoke and steam rises into the sky. This is a rare treat for railway enthusiasts, as the smell of steam and hot grease brings back childhood memories.
